Is a small-group Bible study for women, where nursery is provided for their children. Using an informal, low-key approach, Coffee Break encourages women to discover for themselves what the Bible says and means for their lives.
Coffee Break’s theme song for this year contains the words,
“The river of God is teeming with life and all who touch it can be revived; and those who linger on this rivers shore will come back thirsting for more of the Lord.”
This is what Coffee Break has done for us, we feel revived, we want to linger on the word and come back thirsting for more. Please pray that those who need refreshment would feel free to come to Coffee Break and that more leaders would also be available for this ministry.
Coffee Break is a church-based, community-oriented small group Bible study strategy. The primary goal of Coffee Break is to bring women into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and nurture their faith in Him.
The Coffee Break strategy and small group Bible study resources have been used effectively by more than 1000 churches from over 50 denominations in the U.S. and Canada.
Is a Bible story curriculum for four through six-year-olds designed to introduce the young child to the truths of God's word. Trained leaders use a variety of age-appropriate activities to teach children the basics of the Christian faith. Each year the child will get an overview of the plan of salvation as God has revealed it in the Bible, beginning with creation, moving through stories of God's care in the Old Testament. They will learn of Jesus' birth, life, death and resurrection, and God's work in the world as the gospel message continued through the lives of New Testament believers. The curriculum is designed to be user-friendly to the leader, offering many choices of crafts, games, songs, finger plays, etc. Each story has at least two options for presentation with visuals, drama, puppets, etc.
